“I decided last year to take my fitness program to the next level. I wanted to do a bikini competition.
I researched the Kansas City area to find a gym and someone that would be able to get me in the best shape of my life. My research led me to Laser Sharp and Mendy Lynn. I knew from the beginning that she would be the one to get me stage ready.
It was not an easy road, but I had her to guide me and give me encouragement just when I needed it. She took me through the entire process: the workouts, nutrition, and posing. When it comes to competing, she knows what she is doing! My goal was to get on stage and feel comfortable in my suit and my body. Not only did I do that, but I placed 4th! For anyone looking to compete, I would highly recommend Mendy. I hired her to help me on the day of the competition as well. That was one of the best decisions I could have ever made. She kept me calm and made sure everything went smoothly that day.
